The person who uploaded this Georgia On My Mind-clip to Youtube thinks it’s from a TV show that aired between 1992 and 1994. The broadcaster is NHK. It may indeed have been taped during Ray’s 1992 visit to Japan (described here), or during his 1994 Japan tour (see bottom of this page).
